This series will expand on the evidence-based practices that have been introduced in prior series. Participants will have the opportunity to review and practice mindfulness-based exercises, led by a facilitator.
Each month will feature a mindfulness theme with supportive practices.
Participants can register for and attend any number of sessions. The same link will be used for all sessions. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive the session link in a confirmation email.
